Qualifications

• 5 years of welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Experience welding in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to quickly adjust machine controls with precision.
