Ideal candidates bring strong troubleshooting skills and experience with DNS, load balancing, and enterprise change management, plus familiarity with JIRA/Kanban in a product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HTTP/S, web apps and security controls required.
• Solid understanding of DNS, geographic and local load balancing, and firewall policies for HTTP/S.
• Experience with JIRA/Kanban in a product model and enterprise change management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support layer 7 web security controls (rate limiting, WAF, bot, geolocation, mTLS, certificates).
• Troubleshoot across complex enterprise systems and identify root causes.
• Collaborate on change management and engineering processes.
