Job summary

ThirdChannel partners with Converse to recruit a Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising. The role ensures brand standards, merchandising, and marketing materials are executed across assigned territories, with in-store brand presence and compelling product presentation.

As an independent contractor, you will work on-site, report via a mobile app, and enjoy flexible scheduling with 1–2 hour visits; typically one visit per store per month, with more during campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Converse brand and lifestyle fashion.
• Experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred.
• Attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time on site.
• Own a smartphone with internet access (iOS 16+ or Android 13+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines.
• Verify installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain premium product presentation in-store.
• Educate store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through.
• Submit visit reports with photos and feedback via the ThirdChannel app.
