A respected mortgage company seeks a UI/UX Designer for a 3-month contract to design a consumer-facing portal. Ideal candidates will bring over 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for B2C portals. Responsibilities include delivering high-fidelity wireframes, designing borrower journeys, and creating a design system. Proficiency in tools like Figma is required. This role emphasizes collaboration and meeting timelines, ensuring an intuitive self-service experience for users.

Competenze

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with B2C portals and financial services.
• Portfolio demonstrating wireframes, IA, and high-fidelity designs for consumer-facing applications.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-fidelity wireframes and an information architecture (IA) that defines navigation and flows.
• Design the end-to-end borrower journey including educational content hubs and real-time loan status tracking.
• Conduct usability testing and validation.
