West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Mold Tooling Engineer to design, validate, and transfer injection molds and related tooling. You will create 3D CAD models, update drawings, and support installation and commissioning of tooling and automation to improve site production, quality, profitability and safety.

You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, manage documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement within regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 0-3 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and update 3D CAD models and drawings for molds and tooling.
• Support tooling installation and commissioning with design input.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering and Production teams on tooling issues.
• Document control and revision management for drawings and BOMs.
• Assist with lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for tooling validation and delivery.
