• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), driving timely resolution and follow‑through.
• Analyze quality trends and determine when issues require formal 8D investigations or CAPAs.
• Lead end‑to‑end quality issue resolution through collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Support quality investigations involving new products, manufacturing processes, and battery‑related technologies.
• Conduct internal and third‑party supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor quality KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while independently driving quality initiatives and meeting performance targets.
