The position requires safety awareness and the ability to lift 50 lbs, working Monday through Friday and starting immediately. The candidate should have a high school diploma and strong attention to detail, along with good hand-eye coordination

Qualifications

• Strict attention to detail required.
• Good hand-eye coordination for fine-motor assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Assembles fabricated parts, wiring and adjusting subassemblies to complete units.
• Uses hand tools when necessary.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Packs finished product in designated cartons per customer order and department procedures.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines and procedures to perform the functions of the job.
• Maintains a safe, orderly, and efficient assembly area.
• Works closely with the warehouse, providing support in slow assembly areas and reporting to the warehouse supervisor.
• Adheres to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Complete accident/incident reports for safety or health infractions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
