Job summary

Lyra Health in Hawaii is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to provide comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, supporting diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment planning.

You will administer and interpret cognitive, emotional, and behavioral tests, deliver clear feedback, and collaborate with psychometrists and interdisciplinary teams. Role offers flexibility with in-person and telehealth options and independent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorization or eligibility preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessments experience.
• Familiarity with ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, or trauma.
• Expertise with testing batteries (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Strong therapeutic communication and telehealth proficiency.
• Ability to test in person or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological tests.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through in-person testing and feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments.
• Conduct intake interviews and testing sessions in person or virtually.
