Job summary

The Boeing Company in Taft, CA, seeks a Fluid Systems Operations Engineer for a contract assignment. You will work on prop test execution requirements, pressure testing, and clean room operations, coordinating with Prop Test leadership and engineers.

Responsibilities include creating performance metrics, test execution plans, documentation, and coordination with propulsion teams to meet program milestones. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and tracking of performance metrics and action plans with leadership.
• Assists in creating a test execution plan including resource allocation and milestones.
• Improves communication plans to status test and cleaning activities for upcoming tests.
• Maintains test and cleaning documentation supporting test execution and cleaning requirements.
• Tracks test phases to align cleaning and testing activities with program needs dates.
• Coordinates with propulsion test management and engineers daily.
• Performs duties under general direction.
