Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Owner for a 12+ month contract in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on leading cross-functional teams, translating business needs into system specifications, and prioritizing backlogs to maximize business value.

You will support agile delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide design and technology choices across multiple systems. Airline industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Owner or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience translating business needs into system specifications and user stories.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs, epics, and features by business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience supporting mobile device platforms in enterprise environments.
• Experience in the airline industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to define and deliver technology solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Translate business needs into detailed system specifications and user stories for agile development teams.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs, epics, and features based on business value.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
• Provide strategic guidance on business process design and technology selection.
• Coordinate multi-system solutions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Support agile delivery teams with requirement clarity and backlog grooming.
• Champion agile methodologies and product development best practices.
• Collaborate with MDM team to support device provisioning, app deployment, and issue resolution.
