Job Overview

Position: Contract Recruiter - Clinical

This role focuses on building human capital capacity for licensed clinical positions through innovative talent acquisition practices. Responsibilities include full cycle hiring for roles such as Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Social Workers (MSW), and Dietitians. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, source candidates using diverse methods, assess candidate suitability, and support the hiring process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and verify openings.
  • Guide hiring managers through the selection process, including pre-screening and interview recommendations.
  • Proactively source talent using various channels to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Utilize advertising and sourcing methods across multiple media platforms.
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Represent the DaVita brand and promote core values.
  • Conduct and document interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Manage candidate flow using ATS to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Meet recruitment timelines and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment and recruiting policies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of recruiting or sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting and staffing agencies preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office suite.

Salary Range

$56,500 - $75,500 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
