Job summary

Intone Inc. in Worcester, MA, seeks a Systems Administrator for a 6+ month contract to support infrastructure operations and systems administration in a regulated environment.

The role covers virtualization, imaging, and OS configuration (RHEL and Windows Server), plus hands-on hardware provisioning and remote-site support. You will work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines and maintain security compliance.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with virtualization, imaging, and operating system configuration, including RHEL and Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience unboxing, racking, stacking, cabling, labeling, and configuring hardware.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately execute technical tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment while following leadership direction when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain software and both physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Manage and support Active Directory components (Group Policy, DFSR, Sites and Services, replication, DNS, DHCP).
• Execute hardware setup tasks including unboxing, racking, stacking, cabling, labeling, and configuring infrastructure equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards and meet time-sensitive operational requirements.
• Support remote sites and data centers, providing hands-on technical support for infrastructure and network equipment.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet operational deadlines.
