The program includes mentoring, exposure to contracts and financial analysis, and strong collaboration with agency partners. Hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri; potential career path in surety

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent applicable experience (We will consider May 2026 graduates).
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess contracts, bond forms, and indemnity documents during training.
• Evaluate financial statements, schedules, and credit reports to assess firm risk.
• Analyze management capabilities of construction firms for project execution.
• Develop relationships with agency partners and interact with management teams.
