CBRE is seeking a Contract Support Associate to provide administrative support to clients and contracts at the Barker, NY data center. The role focuses on understanding contract scope, operating internal systems to standards, and delivering accurate reporting and data quality improvements.
The position is day shift, on-site, with responsibilities spanning billing, POs, cost-saving initiatives, and reporting. A strong background in contract management and client service is preferred.

This is a day-shift position and requires on-site presence at the Data Center facility in Barker, NY.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Contract Support Associate role is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Contract Support Associate position is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
