Tasks typically include accurately entering contract data into the Sponsor’s contract writing system, researching databases to identify outstanding actions, assigning funding obligations to COS, producing reports as required by the contracting team and its customers and drafting responses to internal data calls.

Preparing for Contract Settlement

CSAs will support contract settlement and closeouts by performing the required steps in accordance with the Sponsor's settlement guidance and policies. Tasks typically include verifying completion, performing data entry, queries and reports, collecting other information, executing administrative contract modifications and boxing files for shipment and transporting to the on-site mailroom.

Other Administrative Responsibilities

CSAs shall perform all administrative duties to support the above tasks, as well as other administrative responsibilities as required by the assigned contracting team. Tasks typically include requesting/updating applicable system accesses for contracting team members, requesting data transfers between networks, recording time and attendance for contracting team members, maintaining the office calendar and ordering office supplies.
