Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an organized contractor to support Demand, Material, and Supply Planning in a food manufacturing environment. You will assist forecast updates, material coordination, and production plan alignment to help ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain planning, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or production planning.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Effective communicator and team player with cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Experience with forecasting or supply planning tools.
Experience in food or CPG manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in updating and maintaining demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and customer input.
Prepare weekly/monthly forecast reports for the planning team and track forecast accuracy.
Support material supply management to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations and communicate with procurement.
Coordinate supply plans with manufacturing schedules and maintain planning data in ERP systems.
Assist with production schedule tracking and S&OE data gathering, validation, and analysis.
Generate planning KPIs and inventory reports and support data entry and documentation.
