Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking an Expeditor & Data Analyst to support supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and logistics. The role emphasizes managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards), strong data analytics skills, and the ability to create operational reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, or Expediting.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery delays and material shortages.
Track shipments and maintain accurate order and inventory records.
Analyze procurement, inventory, and supply chain data to identify trends and process improvements.
Prepare KPI reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery metrics, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
