Job summary

Net2Source is seeking an Expeditor & Data Analyst to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, track supplier performance, and analyze supply chain data to drive operational efficiency.

The role combines expediting with data-driven insights to improve procurement, inventory management, and logistics outcomes. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery delays and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Expediting, or Data Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Excel any BI tools.
• Analyze the gaps - supplier performance, delivery metrics, and procurement trends.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Generate forecasts related to demand, inventory, and supply planning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems.
• Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery delays.
• Track shipment status and proactively communicate risks and issues.
• Follow up on overdue orders and expedite critical materials as required.
• Maintain accurate order tracking and delivery records.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth transportation and receipt of goods.
• Support inventory management by identifying potential stock shortages and excess inventory
