Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3–5 years in service contract administration, monitoring or inspection.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/lead experience in municipal setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of service and material contracts for multiple areas.
• Draft, edit and review contracts; align terms with budget and needs.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on bid specs, proposals and awards.
• Lead contractors on scope and performance; address concerns and resolutions.
• Conduct market research; monitor expenditures to stay within budgets.
• Perform field inspections and verify contract compliance at sites.
• Supervise Landscape Coordinators and Contract Specialists.
• Assist in CIP budget requests and streamline contract processes.
