Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales closing, negotiations, investigative research, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex objections and skeptical clients with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Case Re-Engagement & Escalation Management: review stalled claims and develop strategic re-engagement plans.
• Strategic Research & Verification: conduct targeted research to confirm claimant identity and assets.
• Advanced Outreach & Closing: re-establish communication, explain documentation requirements, and guide execution.
