Job summary

Staff Management | SMX in Boardman, OH is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager by recruiting applicants, guiding them through the employment process, and matching them with open positions. You’ll handle daily operations, set appointments, meet customers, and help fill roles in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers full-time, temporary or contract employment with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

This role will support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, including helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers' open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales and more.
