Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of quality patient care including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting and documentation.
• Provide professional treatment for speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Plan activities and services for speech and language therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on patient treatment programs.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress and discharge summaries.
