Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking two Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP) for contract opportunities based in Kula and Wailuku, Hawaii.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $47.00 - $52.00 per hour

Summary

HCEPInc is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This opportunity offers the chance to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team while delivering high‑quality patient‑centered care across multiple clinical locations.

The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence‑based therapy.

Essential Functions

Provide comprehensive speech‑language pathology evaluations for patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals.

Evaluate and treat patients with dysphagia and provide recommendations for safe swallowing strategies.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and ongoing therapy needs.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of Speech‑Language Pathology experience within the past three (3) years required.
