What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Address swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, speech/language impairments
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managersMaintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting
