Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Honolulu is looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist. You will provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Oahu with a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii SLP license is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
• One year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Home health experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech-language pathology evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat swallowing disorders and communication impairments.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation.
