We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You'll Do

Join a highly creative, collaborative, and multi-faceted team working together to benefit, support, and enhance the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Incorporated in 1998, the Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC) is the official non-profit serving the California Community Colleges' (CCC) system, Board of Governors, and the statewide Chancellor's Office (CCCC).

The Contracts Specialist supports the FoundationCCC Legal Operations Department with contracts administration. Due to organizational growth and program diversity, this role involves supporting projects across various subject matters.

• Coordinate and support the contracts process; create, revise, amend, format agreements, and negotiate contracts in compliance with Foundation's Contracts Policy.
• Facilitate and assist with tracking contracts and other requirements to ensure agreements are current and vendor provisions follow Foundation's Contracts Policy and legal standards.
• Work closely with the Supervisor, Conferences and Events, and other Foundation departments to provide customer service related to contracts.
