Job Description

Candidates must meet applicable Microsoft Federal vendor U.S. citizenship/residential requirements. Perform complex administrative projects, focusing on contracts administration for a department or division, related to structured business processes. Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data extraction, formatting, and entry into business tools in collaboration with contract stakeholders or after negotiated agreements are concluded. Data entry into contract database. Organize workflow to monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments. Coordinate contract reviews via meetings, conference calls, and email. Serve as a point of contact to educate users on the Contract Management & Compliance Process. Other duties as assigned.
