Qualifications

• 4-year degree with a major in any field.
• At least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
• Specialized experience required for GS-12 level positions.

Responsibilities

• Providing contracting guidance and assistance to customers throughout the acquisition process.
• Develops and processes contracting actions for complex supply and service requirements.
• Evaluates offers and conducts negotiations in support of contract awards.
• Manages contract performance and addresses post-award actions through contract completion.
