Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Contract Associate to draft, review, and support negotiations of commercial agreements. You will manage work orders, NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and related documents in Salesforce, collaborating with Sales and SMEs in a fast-paced environment.

You should have hands-on contracting experience, strong attention to detail, and be capable of prioritizing cases while maintaining precise records. Remote work options are role-dependent.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and editing commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with Work Orders, NDAs/CDAs, MSAs, DPAs, or similar agreements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar contract management systems; skilled in Word redlining.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and collaborate across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, comment on, and edit commercial agreements, focusing on Work Orders and NDAs, Start Up Agreements, LOIs, and Change Orders.
• Review and support negotiations of Master Service Agreements and Data Privacy Agreements with senior oversight.
• Independently manage and prioritize contracting cases, maintaining key terms in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales and subject matter experts to resolve questions and move agreements through the process.
• Maintain organized contract files, approvals, versions, and electronic signatures; support audits and training.
