Job summary

Clario, a leading provider in regulated clinical technology, seeks a Contract Associate to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements. You will work with Sales, legal operations, and SMEs to ensure timely, accurate contracting across an international client base.

We value hands-on drafting, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in Salesforce, with remote-friendly options and comprehensive benefits. Prior contract experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial contracting, legal operations, or contract management.
• Ability to draft, review, redline, and edit contracts with direct involvement in language.
• Familiarity with Work Orders, NDAs/CDAs, MSAs, DPAs or similar agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit commercial agreements including Work Orders and NDAs.
• Support negotiations of complex contracts with escalation to subject matter experts.
• Manage contracting cases in Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to move agreements efficiently.
