Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review, and finalize a range of commercial agreements for remote work. You will create templates for MSAs, lease, IP licensing, and marketing contracts, ensuring legal standards and practical use.

This role supports AI training data needs and requires clear written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, strong attention to detail, and ability to work

Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience with MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
