Contract Specialist Contractor - Washington, US (Remote)

About the Role

This is a 1099 Contract position with an open length of contract. The role is remote, based in Washington State, and requires licensure in Washington.

Responsibilities

1. Complete and follow through on all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
2. Review real estate contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance within Washington State, including both North and South Washington.
3. Utilize provided tools, technology, and communication methods to interact with staff and agents.
4. Review files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours to ensure timeliness.
5. Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
6. Support the Broker team to ensure compliance.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate contracts in Washington State is required.
• Experience with contracts in both North and South Washington is a plus.
• Licensed and based in Washington State.
