Contract Specialist Contractor - Washington, US (Remote)

Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Length of Contract: Open
• Location: Remote - Washington. Must be licensed and based in Washington State.

Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks timely as assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
• Possess experience with real estate contracts within Washington State, including both North and South Washington.
• Utilize provided tools, technology, and communication methods.
• Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Review files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
• Support compliance efforts with the Broker team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
