  • Type: 1099 Contractor
  • Location: Remote - Washington D.C. (must be based and licensed in D.C.)
Role Overview:

Seeking a dynamic leader to guide and expand our team of licensed real estate agents, focusing on recruitment of top producers and brokerage operations oversight.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations.
  2. Implement and refine policies to ensure best practices and operational efficiency.
  3. Proactively recruit top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.
