Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Contract Length: Open
• Location: Remote - Virginia. Must be Licensed and Based in Virginia.

Scope of Work:

1. Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker in a timely manner.
2. Possess experience with real estate contracts in Virginia; experience with contracts in North and South Virginia is a plus.
3. Use only the company's provided tools, technology, and communication methods.
4. Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
5. Review all files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
6. Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
7. Support the Broker team to ensure compliance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
