Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Contract Length: Open
• Location: Remote - Virginia. Must be Licensed and Based in Virginia.

Scope of Work:

• Complete tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker timely.
• Possess experience with real estate contracts in Virginia; experience with North and South Virginia is a plus.
• Use provided tools, technology, and communication methods.
• Review contracts for legal and contractual compliance.
• Review files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
• Communicate promptly with agents regarding document deficiencies and provide assistance.
• Support compliance efforts with the Broker team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
