Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Length of Contract: Open
• Location: Remote - Nevada. Must be Licensed and Based in Nevada.

Scope of Work:

1. Complete all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker in a timely manner.
2. Possess experience with Nevada real estate contracts; experience with North and South Nevada contracts is a plus.
3. Use only company-provided tools, technology, and communication methods.
4. Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
5. Review all files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
6. Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
7. Support the Broker team to ensure compliance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
