Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced professional to manage a high volume of complex contract reviews, interpret contract language, and maintain rigorous data accuracy in the CLM system. The role emphasizes autonomy and analytical problem-solving to resolve issues and support payor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and Outlook skills, experience with data systems such as Orion, CLM, Salesforce, and familiarity with advanced formula techniques like VLOOKUP and IF

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer accounts ownership or complex administrative resolution work.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred or required.
• Experience maintaining data in Orion, CLM, COR, Salesforce, or IBM.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of complex contract reviews and interpret contract language.
• Provide Rate implementation guidance and ensure data accuracy in the Contractual Lifecycle Management database.
• Resolve issues autonomously with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

This position manages a high volume of complex contract reviews, requiring the ability to interpret contract language, resolve network issues, understand and provide Rate implementation guidance, navigate and populate the Contractual Lifecycle Management database and maintain rigorous data accuracy without direct oversight. As an S4-level specialist, this teammate is expected to operate with significant autonomy, utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems, manage priority payor relationships, and drive resolution on outstanding issues.
