Job description

This position is Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Air Force Services Center at Port San Antonio, TX. This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hrs. per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.

Qualifying Experience:

• Experience working independently to manage a training program, monitor contracting officer warrants, and/or schedule office personnel for career development.
• Experience with evolving DoD contracting policies.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in maintaining currency in both the education and training field.
• Experience in integrating updates into existing training programs.
• Direct experience utilizing and/or instructing others on the Internet Based Purchasing System (IBPS) or similar DoD electronic procurement systems.
• Prior experience developing and conducting educational assessments and surveys across organizational units.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):

• Ability to brief/train personnel in a large group setting of 15 and more.
