Job summary

ATSG, based in Tampa, FL, seeks a Contract Specialist to support critical business agreements across locations. The role covers drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, managing the contract lifecycle, and aligning with leadership on terms and compliance.

With 4+ years in contract administration or negotiation, you will help advance commercial aviation contracts and ensure robust risk management. Competitive benefits and potential merit-based bonuses are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of contract administration, contract management, or contract negotiation experience.
• Experience managing contracts from cradle-to-grave.
• Commercial contracting experience preferred; government contracting experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit, and negotiate contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.
• Support commercial aviation maintenance, repair, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams on contract terms and compliance matters.
• Evaluate contract risk and recommend solutions to protect business interests.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and records throughout the contract process.
