For the GS-09 level

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing contracting functions (e.g. price/cost analysis, negotiation, pre-award, post-award, administration, closeout) for the acquisition of goods or services.

Education may be used to substitute for experience with the following:

• Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR
• Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree; OR
• Successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.

For the GS-07 level

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing contract support (e.g. price/cost analysis, negotiation, pre-award, post-award, administration, closeout).

Education may be used to substitute for experience with the following:

• Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education
• Successful completion of one full year of law school.
• Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
