Job summary

Rox Data Corp in San Francisco is hiring a full-time contract sourcer to build velocity and pipelines for our Talent team. You will source, outreach, and move candidates using AI-native tools, LinkedIn, and creative channels while partnering with the Head of Talent.

The role requires proven sourcing experience, contractor mindset, and the ability to own end-to-end processes from day one in our SF office.

Rox is an AI-native B2B revenue intelligence company. We are a Series A startup under active construction. Seven months ago we were just under 60 people. Today we are closing in on 130. We move fast, we ship constantly, and we build with the same AI-native systems we sell to our customers.

About the Team

Talent at Rox has been a team of one. That is about to change.

We are hiring a full-time contract sourcer to sit with us in San Francisco and create velocity while we hire the rest of the Talent team. This is a sourcing seat: build pipe, run outreach, and keep candidates moving. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Head of Talent.

Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office. You need to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.

What You Will Do

• Source and pipeline candidates end to end using AI-native tooling, LinkedIn, and creative channels — not just job boards

• Own outreach volume and quality: personalized, fast, and on-brand

• Keep Ashby clean: stages current, notes sharp, pipeline visible

• Partner daily with our Head of Talent on priorities, targeting, and follow-through

Compensation

Pay range: $75 – $150 USD per hour.
