Responsibilities include documenting business processes, proposing digital solutions, and training users on system functionality. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency in SQL Server, with hands-on experience in React/Angular

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL Server; strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with React or Angular and MVC frameworks; front-end web development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learn and document customers' standard business processes, challenges and Kaizen proposals.
• Support development of initial proposals for digital solutions aligned with business direction.
• Demonstrate and train system functionality for various roles.
• Assist users by diagnosing issues (bugs, missing instructions, or explanations of system function).
• Coordinate with the technical team to initiate and execute development work.
