Job summary

Solian t is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a vibrant school-based setting near Lexington, SC. You will evaluate, plan IEPs, and deliver therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders, collaborating with teachers and families to support student success.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with SLP-CCC or CFY, state licensure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• SLP-CCC or CFY status required.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred; healthcare/pediatric backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEPs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success.
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with school and district regulations.
• Provide training and resources to staff and parents as needed.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
