• Advanced ATS skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Forms; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite and virtual interview scheduling for multiple roles and teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and logistical support.

You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a seamless, well-organized interview process for candidates and hiring teams alike. This is a dynamic, contract position suited for someone who enjoys both execution and innovation.

• Manage onsite and virtual interview scheduling for multiple roles and teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and logistical support.
• Coordinate Kickoff, Debrief, and Offer Meetings.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of candidate and interview data within the ATS.
• Coordinate candidate travel, expenses, and onboarding logistics as needed.
• Thrive in a fast-moving, start-up culture - bringing creativity, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving to each challenge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience is required; biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar industry experience preferred but not required.
• Advanced ATS skills and proficiency in the Microsoft environment - Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Forms are essential. Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Ability to come on-site up to 4-5 days a week, depending on on-site candidate support needs.
