Essential Consulting Duties

· Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations aligned , including design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and hypercare

· Ensure compliance with statutory consolidation, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, segment and territory-based reporting

· Drive configuration and rollout of Oracle Cloud modules and Financial Reporting Studio driven financial

· Collaborate closely with CFOs, finance teams, and external auditors to maintain audit readiness and documentation

· Mentor and manage consulting teams; serve as client-facing escalation lead to resolve complex functional, technical, or compliance challenges

· Oversee business process optimization and system upgrades focused on financial controls, reporting accuracy, and regulatory alignment

· Design and deliver training on FRS-specific Oracle functionality and internal control improvements

Leadership Duties

· Act in a functional lead capacity, responsible for implementing and assisting in multiple Oracle Cloud modules.

· Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficienciesand profitability of client business.

· Lead regular project status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in project’s regular status and/or issues meetings.

· Encourage teamwork and positive working relationships within the project team for all consultants and client members.

Required Skills and Experience

· 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS, including multiple full-cycle implementations within manufacturing, oil & gas, or consumer products sectors.

· Demonstrated expertise configuring and deploying Oracle Financials modules, including:

- General Ledger (GL) for multi-ledger, multi-currency global operations

- Fixed Assets (FA) with tax books and asset retirement obligations

- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles

- Cash Management (CM) for bank reconciliation and forecasting

- Tax, Intercompany, and Subledger Accounting for compliant financial close and inter-entity balancing

· Deep practical experience with Financial Reporting Studio.

- Design and configuration of statutory reporting frameworks

- Setup for global consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation

- Understanding of regional variations and alignment with global policy

- Collaboration with external auditors and regulators to ensure audit readiness and documentation standards

· Proven ability to lead complex global Oracle Cloud implementations, managing multiple workstreams, coordinating across geographies, and delivering measurable improvements in audit compliance and financial transparency.

· Strong command of Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including:

- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

- Smart View for Excel-based reporting

- Narrative Reporting for disclosure and compliance management

· Skilled in client-facing delivery, including:

- Leading stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions

- Presenting strategic recommendations to CFOs and executive teams

- Delivering user training and knowledge transfer sessions across finance teams

· Experienced in working directly with Big 4 or mid-tier audit firms, ensuring system configurations meet rigorous standards for control, traceability, and compliance.

· Relevant certifications strongly preferred:

- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification

- Recognized credentials in Oracle Financial Reporting Studio, GAAP, or financial regulatory compliance

Key Preferred Qualifications

· Demonstrated experience with global rollouts and multi-entity consolidations.

· Experience in system integrations (e.g., PLM, P2P, supply chain modules) for streamlined end-to-end processes

· Background working with Big 4 or mid-tier audit firms on Oracle and Financial Reporting Studio

· Track record of mentoring junior consultants and developing training content for Oracle + Financial Reporting Studio capabilities
