• Reproduce and fix a candily-kind bug from the Idaho Falls field report.
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with Customer Service.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Idaho Falls, ID and remote teams.
• Tune Customer Service queries until the ID database stops timing out under load.
• Prototype rough PKI ideas fast and decide which earn a place in SmartTech Solutions's stack.
• Own high-energy edge cases in Incident Response billing.
