Soliant is seeking a contracted school-based Social Worker to support students in the greater St. Louis area during a spring leave coverage period. The role emphasizes collaboration with SPED teams to support student social-emotional growth within K-12 settings.

On-site assignments may span Florissant and/or St. Louis, with full-time or part-time schedules. The ideal candidate will hold an active Missouri LCSW and possess strong advocacy and documentation skills.

Qualificações

• Active Missouri LCSW license is required.
• Experience in school-based social work, especially with SPED populations, is highly valued.
• Must complete district credentialing including fingerprint verification.
• Ability to adapt to multiple caseloads and school assignments.
• Strong communication, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Able to build rapport with K-12 students, families, and school staff.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct support services to assigned students with individual and group interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, SPED teams, counselors, and administrators to support social-emotional growth.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and family outreach as needed.
• Maintain detailed, confidential case notes aligned with district and legal standards.
• Contribute to crisis prevention/intervention and behavior management strategies.
• Assignments may cover multiple schools depending on district need.
