Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Virginia Beach is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for onsite contract opportunities across the Virginia Beach area for the 2026-2027 school year. We partner with local districts to support students with diverse communication needs in school settings.

Join multiple openings across elementary to high school, with varying caseloads and opportunities including autism support and AAC.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia SLP license required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CF candidates may be considered depending on assignment.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
