Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Goldsboro, NC invites a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic school district for the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract runs from August 24 through May 26, with opportunities to work across multiple campuses and age groups.

You will assess and treat students, develop IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain compliant documentation while benefiting from professional development and meaningful connections with students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible North Carolina SLP license.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates considered.
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations valued.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to diverse caseloads and varying student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and targeted interventions.
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, covering a variety of speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt services as needed to support diverse learners across different ages and campuses.
